Letters To The Editor

The mission of The Andover Beacon is to serve and strengthen the Andover community. To that end, we welcome civil, reasoned letters addressing specifically local issues, events, and developments. Submissions must not be critical of another’s religion; blasphemous; obscene; hateful; legally objectionable; or commercial in nature.

The Beacon reserves the right to edit or not publish submissions it deems inappropriate for any reason.

You must include your name, address, and telephone number. Please include your e-mail address if you have one. Only your name (and city/state if you're not an Andover resident) will be published. The rest will be used to contact you in case there's a problem.

Please provide an affiliation (business, club, committee, etc.) if it's relevant to the topic.

The Beacon will not publish form letters and other "canned" opinions.
